What Is Chargeback?

Chargeback allows you to ask your card provider to reverse a transaction made on your credit or debit card. This is not enshrined by law but is part of the Scheme Rules, which are subscribed to by participating banks.

Chargeback can be used on damaged goods, products that have not arrived, items that do not match the original description and where a seller has ceased trading.
